No serial number received

I just purchased the upgrade to version 21 and never received a serial number to activate. Please help.

Did you check junk and SPAM folders to find the missing E-mail?

The email was sent on March 24, 2026 at 02:39:13 from automatic@2checkout.com

If you did not receive it, it may have been blocked by your spam filter or email provider. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
Do you have an alternative email address? If so, I can ask the reseller to resend the files to a different address.

I don't have a spam folder. There is nothing in the junk folder. Why is it so difficult to get a serial number? This is my own server and my only email address.

I used your serial number retrieval and all I received was an older serial number from version 20 which I already have. I paid for an upgrade for the new version 21.

I can ensure you that the email was sent because I have received a CC from the reseller.
I have asked the reseller to resent the file. if you still did not get them then please share a different email address.

The "Request serial number" form only works after the software has been activated.

Update:
All emails have been resend.

All I received was an email where to download the expansion packs so obviously my email is working ok. I also received another email with a discount code to purchase the new version. I already used the discount and made the purchase earlier. Why would I get this if I already made the purchase? If I'm getting all these emails, why can't I get an email that show my purchase serial number?

Why does everyone ask this same question? I own my own server. I don't have a "spam" folder. I don't have a "junk" folder. If I had any of these folders, I obviously would have checked them. Thanks.

I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused, and please know that I am doing my best to assist you.

Please note that your order was processed through a reseller. To make sure nothing was missed, I asked whether you had checked your spam or junk folder, as sometimes emails can be filtered there or occasionally go missing for unexpected reasons. The reseller did not intentionally withhold any emails.

In any case, all emails have now been resent by 2Checkout just a moment ago.

If you still have not received them, could you please share an alternative email address where we can send the information?

That's strange. I just received 14 emails from 2Checkout as to where to download the extensions and expansions.

Thanks for your help. I'll try to sort all those out later. I know things can get mixed up sometimes.

Why do you assume that we should know this before your telling us? We are not mind readers.
If I had any of these folders, I obviously would have checked them.
Nothing is obvious. Again, we aren't mind readers and we don't know what your set-up is nor your level of competence.
