Where are the extention packs included with WB21 Plus?

Ordered and downloaded WB21 a couple of weeks ago. However, I cannot find the download links for the included extension packs.
You should have receive an email from the reseller (2checkout or Paddle) with the download links.
If you did not get it then please contact them directly, so they can resend the emails.
