Gisteren WB21 aangeschaft. Alle extensions geïnstalleerd.
Probeer bestand uit WB9 te laden.
Foutmelding:"Het bestand dat u wilt openen heeft niet het juiste formaat. Waarschijnlijk is het gemaakt met een nieuwere versie van WYSIWYG Web Builder?"
Hoe los ik dit op?
Deze ellende ook ooit gehad met WB15. Toen WB9 weer gaan gebruiken.
Maar die is na de uograde verdwenen.

Did you install all extensions previously used before trying to open the project? Have you tried closing the software, ensuring all the extensions are installed and open again.

Het zou geen probleem moeten zijn om het project te laden.
Maar het heeft zeer waarschijnlijk met ontbrekende extensies te maken.
Als je hierbij hulp nodig hebt, deel dan het project zodat ik kan zien wat er mis gaat.

Daar ben ik weer. Wat heb je nodig om het project te zien? De reguliere website of de ftp. pagina?
Het gaat om www.romyendaniel.nl en www.dezandman.nl. De eerste is het belangrijkste.

Om je te kunnen helpen heb ik het .wbs bestand nodig.

Without having or seeing a copy of the .wbs file it difficult to see what is wrong. But from viewing the source html of
https://www.romyendaniel.nl/Filmpjes.html it looks like you have used the following extension Flash Video Player (DEPRECATED)
Note this extension is deprecated now as it uses "Flash" which itself is deprecated in modern browsers so it will not run or display. You will need to install it first abd then remove this and install an alternative extension to be able to use such as https://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/videoplaylist.html

And from the following page https://www.dezandman.nl/2007_Engel.html it looks like you are using the lightbox extensionLightBox (DEPRECATED) as previously this is also deprecated and no longer supported. If missing when trying to load you project I would install first and try again but I would also recommend that once you have loadEd I would uninstall and use one of the more modern lightbox available directly in the software so not to have any future issues.

Hello Bacon Fries, Thank you for your reply. I copied all extensions from WB9 to WB21. To be able to replace them afterwards, indeed. But that doesn't work either.

To be able to share your .wbs you can either use the likes of onedrive, google drive if you use, or upload to your own website and provide the download link for either of them.
