Hi All.

Not sure what's happening but some changes in WYSIWYG (maybe) and at my ISP have made my email form dysfunctional. Was working fine at last check about a month ago.

At the ISP, I updated PHP to v8.4 as ISP suggested.
My WYSIWYG is at v21.0.5, the most recent release.

At first the email didn't even arrive but after updating PHP, they finally came to my Inbox.

But now, I've got the email BUT there is NO form content at all...just a blank page.

I've provided a demo project with just the contact form below. Can someone have a look at my settings to see if I've missed something.

Did it previously work with the exact same settings or did you also make changes in your form?
Are there any errors on the server side in the PHP log?

Note that there have been several other users with issues after their web host upgraded the PHP version.
In all these cases, it was an issue on the server side.

I noticed today that it was no longer working. However, I've made many changes this morning trying to make it work so the settings are no longer the same.

The lines in the log say all the same thing but I do not understand.

Here it is:

Got it working. It was the web host making multiple changes. Took a while to resolve.

- They upgraded their PHP and one of its directories in php.ini was misconfigured.
- They changed to requiring SMTP email. Was optional before. So made the change in WYSIWYG.
- SMTP port changed. So made the change in WYSIWYG.
- Must have SSL encryption enabled for emails. So made the change in WYSIWYG.

Each fix/change got me closer and closer to success. The last change was to configure WYSIWYG email to use SSL Encryption and that resolved the whole mess.
