Using SEO assistant I get the following ....
DropdownMenu1
Navigation does not have structured data
Enabling structured data (schema.org) for navigation objects may improve SEO rankings
How do I enable structured data for my menu ?
I have found 'Structured data' in the toolbox but doesn't seem to relate to menu's ?

Thanks Pablo - I would never have found that.
Also:
My 'Form Control' has no label - I don't see anywhere I can enter a 'Label'
Is it possible to put links to settings recommended by the SEO assistant - where relevant of course.

OK thanks - that's useful.
Last one - it also says 'Link seems to be broken' - 'Smartlink;//page 00005' (and one other) but there is no page 00005 etc in the site, so not sure what this is referring too ......
This relates to the 'Dialog' popup for form confirmation, rather than displaying the success/failure webpages.
Everything is working so it appears there are no broken links ?
'Link Manager' does not show the same error.
Any thoughts ?

It means that somewhere a link is referring to a non-existing page.
Without the project file it will be impossible to say what is wrong.

It looks like you previously used the grid as form. The links of the success and error pages are invalid.
1. Open the layout grid properties
2. Enabled the form. This is necessary to be able to access the form properties.
3. Remove the links from the success and error page.
3. Disable the form again

You are correct I did exactly that but for some reason I could not get that to work - I then deselected the layout grid form and used the wizard to create the form and that worked. I have no idea what I did differently but it did not matter as I had a working form.
I have tried to delete the success & failure links but it will not let me delete the entries (blank the lines) - it only allows me to 'Select' another page within the site ?

To remove the link, hold the SHIFT key and click the 'Select' button

OK - that worked to clear the entries. I also had to do the same thing in the Dialog form settings (which I wasn't using) which had hash '#' symbols in them - not sure where they were from but I no longer get the problems reported.
Thanks
