"Checkbox" for form style "on/OFF"

Hi
i have developped i new extension witch display a image style "ON/OFF" instead of a checkbox
you can see demo

I have change the code, because i have see on the version from internet explorer it was not working,
The code is full new now, and working on IE
i have add 3 different style button :
- ON/OFF
- YES/NO
- OUI/NON

Good idea. Gradually we are getting to Mobile website with WB8.
