Is there an HTML script in the program for redirecting to your own Facebook profile

1. Go to your Facebook page. Copy the URL to your page.
2. Create a text box somewhere on your web page which says something like "Find me on Facebook". Select that text (highlight it) and create a link. For the link, enter the URL which you just copied from your FB page.

What should I choose to redirect me to my Facebook page I've tried all but they do not work

I found a ready script in the Facebook program
