I am still having a few problems with the new form I am creating:-
1) I have changed something as what was working well (with a couple of niggles), now when testing online I get the following message - The requested URL /<.html was not found on this server.
2) I have unchecked ALL Autofill options but it continues to autofill
3) Although I have set no validations, when the telephone number is entered if there is a space included, it gives an error notification to enter digits only?
Your help would be appreciated

1. To be able to help you I need to know all your settings.
2. 'autofill' is a browser feature. For some browsers it cannot be disabled. This is unrelated to the software.

How do I show you 'all your settings'

1. Include the URL of the page
2. Share the project file.
