Ignore the garish yellow and colours etc

I can see this page loads OK on a desktop but when viewed on a mobile, the yellow portion is only 2/3 across the screen. What am I missing?

The page is not responsive or flexible so mobile devices will display a scrollbar, because the content will not fit on a smaller screen.
To make you website responsive, add breakpoints or use layout grids.
