Hi , I am trying the Login tools demo and keep getting the error

these are the settings i have changed, what am i missing?

Are you sure these settings are correct?
The database server does not seem to be valid.
Also, did you create the tables?

Note: to find out the exact error please check out the php error log on the server.

And the MySQL server name seems wrong too. I think it should be localhost
In fact, anything can go wrong if the proper database settings are not placed.

It looks like you have selected the wrong PHP version in the page properties.
It should be set to PHP5 - PHP8
