Using Carousel. Say 4 slides all slides are images. As carousel rotates through each slide, the last slide does not show the allocated image, just shows blank. See www.nfcomms.com.au

Fine here, too - Win 11 Home, Firefox (up-to-date). Also works in Firefox Mobile (iPhone).

The background mode of the last image seems to be set the 'fixed' this should be 'cover', like the other slides.

Another thing I noticed when viewed on my phone is that the slides were taking some time to load. Your images need to be optimized not only in size but need compressed.

For example, your 3rd image is 1997px by 2747px which is way bigger than your slideshow. Your slideshow is only 688x428. I would resize your image down to fit within the space of your slideshow and then compress the image. Your current image weight is 1.2mb and I compressed it down to 400.5kb (which is still pretty large) but will be smaller if you resize the image first. A quick way to compress an image is to go to tinyjpg.com.

Thanks for your comments.

It works if I use for the "Animation" field "effect - fade" rather than "forward".

I'll also review image sizes.

On this theme, although it hasn't been updated since 2022, I would recommend FastStone Resizer. It does a better job with JPGs that I have tested than TinyJPG.

Hope this is helpful.
