I was just about to send you my solution, which was to change the id entered in the wz tooltip from: cmd_bio to: cmd_bio_icon .
But I'm not sure if I understood exactly what you were trying to do anyway. So it's good you got it sorted.

The WZ tooltip works on almost any object that has an id .
It usually won't work on an object which already has a mouseover event assigned to it. Could it be to do with that?
If you could let me know exactly what you want the tooltip to work on I'll see if i can work something out.

Yes, you can have an image in the tooltip without text. Just delete the default text in the Body text entry.
Images can be bmp, jpeg , gif (even animated gif ), and png.

With PNG images, there may be issues in Internet Explorer with certain types of images with transparency when ...

Walter Zorn Tooltips extension do not work with Rel 8.2
Title Text and HTML Text are working, but not Body Text and Heading Text.
Click on Body Text or Heading Text calls an error message box "An unsupported operation was attempted."

At the moment I'm working on a variation of the first one with the rich text input box. I think some people will prefer it.
It won't have the multiple font choices but I think most users stick to web safe fonts anyway.

Still the images problem as with the frontiernet.net site but at least the .js files can be downloaded.

Just create a link on your page in the normal way , then right click on it and choose : HTML .....
In the Object HTML window under Generated HTML: , copy the line of code and paste it in to your text (where you want the link to appear) in the body text entry in the WZ tooltips properties.
