I'm building a 2-page site very simple. The index page looks great on Preview but when I publish It sends the header to the bottom and the 480-break point looks like a mess on my phone screen. I'd be glad to send wbs. file to anyone that can help, Im using 17.4.2 I've cleared all cache on computer ...

Turned off firewall

it was McAfee and had to uncheck passive..

Well I changed all filenames that start with a # Got in touch with the support guy at BLackwire he said it's not the server and FTP is the correct setting..... getting the same error:

PLEASE HELP! I keep getting this error when I try to publish even when I try another FTP APP
want to keep using the FTP APP that is in the software.
