hi,
I have done a little modification to news writer plus there is an extra php file to use.
not the extension itself has been modified but the generated news.php!

NEW! I've just included a new php file. in case you do not want to use TinyMce just use this other php file called news2.php !

with this little change admin can display a list of images in a pop-up window and can delete them on by one.
also the php file is set to use TinyMce for the textarea.
go to TinyMce website and read license before using it!

the page will not stay up forever 'cos this is not an actual project I've just put it together for this post.
but it'll stay up for a few weeks...

i've set "insert table" feature for the TinyMce editor.

if you can do it thats fine. if not just download the file again and use news.php

actually its easy:
1: find tinymce java in header
2: where it says "plugins" type in 'table'
3: in "theme_advanced_buttons3" next to 'emotions' type in 'table'

thats it
