Change the Editor "WYSIWYG" in the extension News Writer

Post by sauron977 »

Hi:
I just upgraded to version 8.

And my surprise:

I can not change the WYSIWYG editor, on the other editor like TinyMCE or another that can be used in CMS (cleditor, TinyMCE, ckeditor).

I currently use the extension News Writer, and the WYSIWYG editor gives me many problems with the grids.

I wonder if there is any possibility of implementing another editor at the News Writer.

If possible, how I can change the editor.

thanks

Yes I understand you, but you wrote:

This is why I ask had you downloaded and installed all the plugins for the CMS. But to answer you ...no you cannot change the editor it uses the one built in...you can of course try to modify the extension yourself to use another editor but would need knowledge of PHP and javascript to do so....
