Exporting a page to html on my computer

I want to export a page to html on my computer, but I see that the publishing window opens all the time. How can I export a page to an html format directly on my pc as I was able before?

Under Publish > New/Edit/Copy > Type > Local Folder

Hold down the SHIFT key while clicking 'Export to HTML'. Note however that this will not publish your website. It will only export HTML.
