I was a late comer in web design, not for business but to publish my 3D content. The idea was more than 10 years ago supposedly with FLASH in PDF, unfortunately the platform failed miserably.
The time has come with free 3D hosting and 2D interactive animation, my dream come true thanks to affordable software, I wasted some money on other web design programs that are incomplete and had to do adjustment from the code to navigation button generator before WYSIWYG go responsive.
Responsive 3D content is more complicated because if you have two webGL content in the same page even though one is not visible, mobile browser will seriously lag or hang. So, I had to use different buttons at different page to isolate the content.
Took me 6 months to develop the structure, if you have better ways, please advice me, thanks.
Especially since I often work with 3d-models for manufacturing. I have no better way to do it, other than a theory to use an inline frame to load different content depending on the screen size. I have a site where all images are loaded in inline frames here:
