See the image below...otherwise all sites are opening fine on my Edge, Chrome, FF and IE but some sites show like this. I even tried disabling my Quick Heal Total security and also have run Ccleaner but no luck

As always it is best to provide a working URL, even though you may not want to but it helps to view the source and test in a browser rather than second guessing from a image.

It looks like the site loaded without CSS styles, it could be for example a secure https site where the style links are non-secure http..
