in my opinion, it depends on which type of information you are handling
the more automation you can offer, the better experience should be
however, if you need to validate high sensitive information or the nature of the business involves hi-risk levels of fraud attempts or any other security challenge you may want to check, perhaps an admin manual verification is better

Hi RZ and thank you, that makes a great deal of sense! I think I may go with Admin as in general I will not have a huge amount of volume to deal with.
If it turns out that millions (LOL) want to sign up I will change it
