Is this Paypal form set up correctly?

Just a quick question. Do I have these PP forms set up correctly? And how do I receive customer details? Would using the form wizard be any better?

Note that the form is processed by PayPal, so using captcha is not useful in this case. This will only work with the built-in form processor.
PayPal will take care of the payment and customer data.
