I would like to use a WorddPress plugin, is it possible? I downloaded it and it has all the folders with php files and others. I moved to the site folder via ftp but now what? And if I wanted to turn these files into a plugin for wysiwygwebbuilder can I?

I need a solution to display facebook albums on the site and I do not find. So I found a plugin that actually are several php, css and other files and I thought it was simple. :/

Then you will need to find another script other than the WP that you yourself can integrate into WB using the HTML Object and the File Publisher is needed.
