Don't know if you see a plus (+) sign in your topic line but i do see an x sign
It's common practice to use a plus(+) sign to state which version is used and up.
Hence the question by randm as it isn't very clear with just an x sign

perhaps the author means any 11 version (11.x) and you are meaning 11 or later (11+)

For example the current version of WB is 11.2.0 so x=.2.0

Hence 11x
