I think the default should be to play.

Have you uploaded all files? What are the settings you have used? What is the url of the page so we can view and then reply.

it seems that uploading "only changed" misses somethings.
A full upload fixes it.

that are not "changed objects"

Using "changed objects only" updates text and other small changes. It is not useful if you have added a slideshow because that completely changes the structure of the page.
