Good Day
Client gave me a Macromedia Flash file (exe) that he wants to incorporate into the website. I converted the file to mp4 but the file size went from 9MB to 64MB
Any suggestions as to the best way to incorporate this into a website.

Either try to compress it down in size or upload to YouTube and embed in the sites page using the YouTube object.

Is there a way to host the video file on my own server - eliminating the need to upload to Youtube ?

You can use the HTML5 video object to insert 'local' videos.
