Can someone please help. I have a website and on the home page is a HTML when I look at the site on a PC it looks fine but on a phone the HTML code moves down the page. I have it in a layer on the site. Thank you for any help John

Note that there are several errors in the code you have added.
Also, you cannot use quotes in meta tags.

The HTML code should be right after the embroidery machine and it is correct on the PC but if I look at the same page on a IPhone or Android phone it moves to the bottom of the page and is in between other images.

You will need to fix the errors, otherwise the results will be unpredictable.
