FTP Timing Out

I am attempting to upload a page containing the bootstrap guestbook via FTP within the program. When doing so it is extremely slow, eventually stopping altogether and timing out. With what files that are getting to the server it doesn't look right. Nothing like my preview.

Maybe there is a (temporary) problem with the server?
Or maybe one of the files is blocked by your firewall?

The first screenshot shows and tells me not all files are published. Please ensure that all files are published and to their correct folders. If you are experiencing slow upload then it may be a isp issue (contact them) or your firewall is slowing things down, it may also be a host/server issue (being busy) and you should try at different time. You can also try increasing the timeout to see if that helps.

Found out there has been an internet slowness through out the US. Speeds really slow. Seems to be recovering now. I was able to get the files uploaded and all appears to be working.
