included files not working of folder rename

I have noticed if you build an extension and have some included files then you decide to either rename or move that folder the included files in a WB project no longer upload with the extension because the path has been broken.
Is there a way to fix this?

There is no way to automatically update the locations, you will need to update the paths yourself.
