Help activating

I have just purchased a new computer, and need help activating WWB15.

I know it's a firewall related or anti-virus related issue, and have read the help, but can't see the wood for the trees.

I am using Bullguard.

I have turned off my anti-virus and my firewall, but it still won't allow me to activate.

I have made WB15 "safe" in the Bullguard programs list.

Any help appreciated.
