Cannot Open File

I cannot open a file to work on it. I get "The Project Could Not Be Loaded". The last time I encountered this, I was missing a font. I have checked and rechecked the fonts and extensions for over 4 hours. I have just recently upgraded to 14.4.

But I went to my old machine which I no longer use. It has not been upgraded, I cannot open it there either.

I am hoping someone has encountered this and knows the fix.

Usually this indicates a missing extension. Didn't you get another message with the name of the missing extension?

I re-installed my 'shiny button' extension. This is now working!

No, I did not see a message prior to this one.

But re-installing that extension did correct it. I tried re-installing that earlier from my saved extensions.
But I downloaded it again. Installed it and it worked.
