There is no standard solution for this. But you may be able to implement this with scroll events.

Hello.

I too have been looking for a solution to replicate this action. I've looked at scroll transitions, but I can't get it to work so gave up. If anyone could provide comprehensive instructions on how to achieve this, it would be most appreciated. I'm sure other users would also find it useful.

@BaconFries: I've looked at the link you provided, but can't make head nor tail of it.
