Text disappear

I've recently bought a copy of this nice software, i coming from RocketCake tool...hope i have do the good step..otherwise.

building my website i find one issue. when i re-open my project file...i see the content of some my text its disappared....and i need type it again...
the font i have used its a standard one, its not a problem of font.

There are no known issues with text, otherwise they would have already been fixed.
Are you using most recent update (15.0.6 - hotfix 2)?

yes, downloaded today. hope that dont happen anymore...i always need use a document txt for copy paste my text everytime its disappear for dont write it from zero

It is not advisable to copy&paste text from any external source such a Word, as it will contain invalid formating and cause you issues. If you must then you should always paste into the likes of Notepad and then into WB or hold SHIFT when pasting this will save you any issues or asking why your text looks odd.

awww...its happen again.

i follow your instructions...( copy text into Notepad first, then copy and paste with shift key pressed into text in the web builder )

yesterday i've work all day without problems, this morning i re-open the project and the text its disappared. in the preview mode its still visible, but in the edit if i select the text element...no text inside....WTF....

i hope to wrong but....this really look like a bug

Can you please share your project file so I can see if something is wrong?
Are you sure that you have the latest update (8/27/2019)? You can verify this in Menu -> Help -> About.
