Live Stream Audio Player

Post by hitking »

I am looking for a live stream audio player where I can enter the ip address and port number to have it play. I have used wavestream for years. They just closed down. I need to embed this in my WYSIWYG sites of course. Thanks in advance.

I do not have experience with live stream players.
But basically you can integrate any third part script in your Web Builder website.

Thank You Pablo. I did get a generic version on the sites. I would prefer to control the skins.

I'm sorry, I cannot help you with third party script because for me it may also take a lot time to figure out how it works.

No problem. I was just hoping someone had already created an extension.

Just in case someone else uses these players. I found a site that will generate an html5 code.

It looks like you do not need an extension for this.
You can just enter the URL of the server in the 'Filename' field of the HTML audio player.

Yes. I just don't like the 'skin' that code produces.

I found this one. But it is beyond my skill level.
