WYSIWYG Web Builder uses hardware acceleration (Direct2d), for better performance and higher quality graphics during design time.
If you are using an older version of Windows 7 and you are experiencing unexpected behavior like issues with rendering or lock ups in the workspace then this is most likely related to out-of-date system files.
To fix this, please install the Platform update for Windows 7 SP1:
