Can I delete the blocks directory in the program folder?

Hello Pablo,

there is a directory called "blocks" in the program directory. The same directory also exists in the documents folder of the current user.
Many contents are duplicated. Most (and newest) content is in the blocks directory in the Documents folder.
User created blocks are stored in the Documents folder, not in the program folder (would not be so easy because of the user rights).

Can I delete the blocks directory in the program folder or does WebBuilder access/need it anyway?

Yes, this folder is only used if the block folder in documented has not been created yet.

I guess the same is true for the directory
'dividers' and
'preloaders'
because it is empty in the program directory and contain data only in the documents directory.

For the following directories it seems to be exactly the other way around. There are many more entries in the program directory than in the same directory under documents.
'navbar': 73 files in the program directory - 2 files in the document directory.
'stencils': 18 files in the programm directory - 0 files in the documents directory.
'tabmenu': 32 subdirs in the program directory - 1 subdir in the documents directory.
'themeroller' : 25 subdirs in the program directory - 0 subdirs in the documents directory.

Is it safe to delete the directories that contain no or fewer files than the pendant?

If you do not need the files then you can remove them.
