Error code 120002 - Connection Timed Out

After many many years of no problems with uploading websites/changes to websites, I am now experiencing problems almost every time. I have contacted my server host and they are unable to find a problem their end. When uploading, connection is made and after a few seconds the screen goes black and then returns to normal but publishing has failed. The website I am trying to make changes to is a VERY basic, two page website www.phukethousesale.com. I have just downloaded WWB 15.2, my connection speed is over 20mps upload. Could it be anything to do with WWB?

Maybe your firewall blocks the connection?
Did you try the 'winsock' FTP engine instead?

I had a similar problem recently but knew that it was not WB causing the problem as I was being timed out when using Filezilla as well. After going through everything with the server host - who confirmed all my settings were correct - it was suggested that I changed the server name to the server's actual IP address. For some reason which baffles me, it worked. If all else fails it may be worth doing the same.
