v15 issue

I have noticed that since I switched to 15, when I publish, I have to edit the name of folder each time. With previous versions, it remembered the last setting that I used. I didn't have to edit as much because I often overwrite when I am working on a website. Is that a difference, a setting, or a bug?

Maybe the publish.dat file is read-only?
