Does anyone know how to get this effect with the push menu?

I know I can have the menu come down from the top of the page, how about from under the header?

If you click on: https://colorlib.com/preview/theme/primelaw/index.html

Then shrink the screen down until the push menu appears, you'll be able to see it there.
