You cannot control one piece of text via the CMS tools.
You will need to use the CMS view to create a section on the page that can be edited.
See the demo template.

are you mean, i can't set a small text , like : "for more info please call:" in a part of page with CMS tool?
if not, CMS tool is good thing for control text in multi pages in one admin page. are it Alternative?

The CMS was designed to manage page content online.
It is not meant to edit one single piece of text.

Alternatively, you can use one of the News Writer extensions.

i try to control some texts in pages in one page ( like CMS Admin controller )

i install this addon but i don't understand what i do.
i make 3 line in News Writer Pro. but how i show that in different pages?
i think this not useful for me.
i try to make a News Writer Pro, ok?
with this config: text one,text two,text three...
and text one show in wb page1
text two show in wb page2
text three show in wb page9

yes, As far as I could but in that i not see about my work
i create mysql and set information on news object and i make table success. but i don't know how i can use my makes in multi pages
for example i make title: example1 - text example1. but how i use that on page 10?

If you want to use a different new writer on another page then make sure you use a different 'UniqueName'.

As mentioned in the documented, only one item can be used per page.
