hi i have a mail form with built-in php mail,
when people send me mail it comes in spam box, junk mail etc.
How can I change that so it gets to my inbox?

Sometimes it helps if you set a hardcoded 'from' address in the form properties. The 'from' address should be an email address with the same domain.

sorry don't understand what you mean where is it from adress and what should I put in it? the email address where it goes?

It's up to you which email address you use as long as it's within the same domain.
