hi webloco, if you insert the line object into a Layout grid. Make the layoutgrid only one column and if you don't want any margin set "Guther width" to 0.

there is also ruler guide which you do for each break point if you want and you can lock the ruler guides in place as well you can have vertical and or horizontal ruler guides to use them go to view and then ruler guides or you can go to the ruler in design mode either the horizontal or vertical ruler and when the curser changes to curser with two arrows facing the opposite direction then click and drag to put a ruler guide on the canvas you can have as many as you want and lock them all in place.
