Do you mean the recently used file list in the file menu?
The file names are stored in the registry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Pablo Software Solutions\WYSIWYG Web Builder 15\Recent File List

maybe this little program I wrote could be of use to you.
It will scan the registry for the version of WB you have and give the option to delete which recent files or all files.
It will NOT remove the actual project from you computer its only the recent file entries from WB.
