tooltip extension

I just purchased an extension, tooltip menu. How can I find out if I can not display the tooltip?

I can create a quick demo and send it? I like the tooltip menu but the tooltip seems to get in the way...

I like the menu but seems to me that the tooltip gets in the way and should be able to not have the tooltip show.

However, I cannot find anything wrong. For me, the menu works as expected.
What do I need to do to see the problem?

Correct, works fine but having the tooltip on top of the selection is kind of strange looking. Any way to not have the tooltip show or maybe another menu I can use instead.

Great. Ok, I would like to try layer menu and breadcrumb but can't find a link for them? I see them listed but no link?

They are part of the WWB program. Go to Navigation and they are both there.
