Form email doesn´t display accents on letters

Hello, I´m running into a problem with my forms, when people write a letter with an accent like á è ñ or similar, the email that I receive in the inbox displays some weird symbols instead, I live in Spain and there is a lot of words with accents, so this makes it near impossible to read the information.
is there a solution for this. the page I´m working on is:

Please set 'accept charset' of the form to 'UTF-8'
