Log out Button

Can anyone explain why my log out button will only display as a tiny dot on screen. The dot actually functions and links to the desired page. My page is set to php.

Very occasionally the log out button will display properly at first in the Preview in Browser mode but when I add the page it should link to, it turns into the tiny dot.

Maybe you did not publish all files?
It's difficult to help you if I cannot see what you have done.
