Lock Zoom View to Page Width?
Is there a way to set the zoom to default to Page Width?

I'm sorry, there is no option for this.

I had this question also.
I applied the following, which is a reasonable work-around.
Right-click on the main toolbar and select "Customize".
Under "View" locate the "Zoom Tools" toolbar.
Drag this to a preferred location on the main toolbar.
You will then have a zoom-to-page-width button (single click).
