Display email from field and not my email

Hello
I have set up a form:
http://www.amata.es/Solicitud-AdA.php

But when someone fills it out the mail I get says the sender is my own email, however when i click respond it does choose the email the user filled out.
This complicates matters when I quickly need to search an email, since all emails only display the same subject and emailadress

The strange thing is that the form on this page:
http://www.amata.es/Inscripcion-Pueblo-Artesano.php ( you need to click at the bottom to display the forms)
does display the email they fill out in my emailprogram and I believe they are set up the same way.

how do I achieve this in the first form?

Maybe you have configured a different 'from' address in the form's properties?

Note: I cannot see what you have done based on the published page.
