***Solved*** cms Admin doesn't work for me

I created a MYSQL database on godaddy and a CMS ADMIN page. When I try to run in it just stares at me. No error messages. Any suggestions as to how to proceed?
Apparently from what I can find local host is the correct value for the Database Server name.

This indicates that the PHP version (in Page Properties) is not correct.
Please select: PHP5 - PHP7

That fixed it. GoDaddy said php 5.6
