client ask for something similar to the truck menu on the left side of this wp template.

I think either the Expandable Panel menu or the Slide Out Panel menu might get me close. I'll have to create my own icons to match the client's truck logos.

Expandable Panel menu - is there a way to select a different Icon for the Trigger Button (in place of the hamburger)? I would like to find and use a Truck Icon.

Maybe you can use a sticky layer or panel layer?

The panel layer can also be triggered via events, so any icon or button can be used.
