Relative Horizontal sizing working on some layers but not all

It's my first time using the new WYSIWYG software. I have used 90 Sec Website Builder in the past. I have created a home page with several layers that are to fill the full screen. The header and footer seem to but the rest do not. The draft is at http://earlylds.com/index2020. I'd truly appreciate any direction I might be given.

Sorry but the url / link does not show anything but css! but by simply using http://earlylds.com/ it does link to a site which looking any the source was not made by WWB16 or 90 sec.... With this said it may be your project name is the same as one of your pages. Please rename your project so it is unique to all other pages.

Thanks for the project file.
The problem is because the layer are inside another layer.
Full width layers must be a direct child element of the page.

But how did you use 'Full_page_layer' anyway?
