***SOLVED***Simple popup on index.html load WWB16

Post by Trevor Johnson »

Hi Pablo,
A couple of years ago I used some popup code (I think in the head tag) but I can't find it now. I've looked around the forum but I can't find anything simple enough, if you read what I need you'll see it is only for temporary use.

I have to put a simple popup to load on the index page with a simple text message that can be dismissed by the user - rather like the 'Google wants to know...' box. It will advertise a vacancy at the school and tell interested party's what to do (phone or possibly a link) so maybe 3 or 4 lines of text.

Can you recommend something I can use please?
Trevor.

Thank you BaconFries, for the quick reply. The Modal Layer will do just fine.
Trevor.
